The solution to working out

Let me paint a picture for you....so you want to lose weight and tone up… 

This is it!  

  • You decide to buy pretty pink dumbbells

  • You officially made the commitment

  • You purchased the equipment, right? BUT why isn't it working??

Here's what it is - I'll tell you! 

It's not that you're not motivated, but as you drive home from a full day at work and you're still thinking about working out, chances are it's not going to happen. Trust me - we've all been there! 

By the time you get finally get home from your daily commute, it's dinner time, followed by family time, and then you're absolutely exhausted for the day, and once again, no workout happens. 

So many people find themselves in that same daily cycle - wanting to change their life around but never getting around to it. 

If you find yourself in a similar routine to what I described above, the important thing to know is that you're not alone, and better yet, I have a solution for you! 

You don't need to buy dumbbells to be motivated…..You just need support!

Especially if you're struggling to find the time or the motivation to accomplish your workout, workout classes or personal training is great. That being said, with the abundance of choices to choose from, it can start to get really overwhelming, really fast. 

Some also find with all the classes to choose from, they don't know where to start and therefore just never...start.

So, I'm sure you're dying to know now - what is the solution? How can I get motivated to work out AND stay motivated to work out?  

You need a coach. 

Someone that can guide you and hold your hand and keep you accountable. Someone who will help you stay committed when you don't feel like training or eating healthy but know that you should. 

I know what you're thinking…

And yes, it is more expensive than the "books, apps or courses" but what's the point of buying all the latest diet books if you don't do anything??

Or the fitness programs if you don't take action and implement?

OR a home gym if you use it once and then use it instead for a clothes dryer?

You might as well not buy them.
